Tournament Registration Fees and Deadline
Registration and Payment of Tournament Entry Fees
All Registration and payments are Online.
Refunds
There will be no refunds if the tournament event is cancelled in whole or in part. Once your entry fee is received, it is non-refundable. However, if we do not accept you in the tournament, then you entry fee will be returned in full.
Accommodations
If you require overnight stay, then you must secure your accommodations at the 15 acre Sea Mist Oceanfront Resort which supports our tournament events. Special tournament accommodation rates apply.
Divisions

Youth: U08 thru U18, boys and girls divisions

Adult: Men (Open, Over 30, Coed) and Women (Open, Over 30, Coed)

There will be 2 divisions (Recreational & Competitive) for U9 thru Adult where there are enough entries to support them.

Tournament Director may combined divisions if necessary to complete a bracket.
Number of Games
Each team will play a minimum of four (4) games.
Age Division Birthdates
The age division of a team in the tournament, will be the age of the oldest player on the team's Roster.

Sanctioning
This tournament is not a USYS state association or US Club Soccer sanctioned event and participants are not restricted by rules and regulations and regulations of these organizations. Participants are not covered by USYS state association or US Club Soccer supplemental Insurance.
Communication
All Challenge Tournaments use email and the internet for fast, comprehensive communication. All SCHEDULES and RESULTS will be posted on ths tournament website.
