If your team requires overnight stay, it is a rule of the tournament that you make you accommodation arrangements at the 15 acre Sea Mist Ocean Front Resort in order to participate.  We have secured special tournament rates for several types of accommodations.

Our special tournament accommodation rates per night for June 5-7 are:

To make your accommodation reservation call Sea Mist Oceanfront Resort toll free at 1-800-200-8687 for groups sales and ask for the Sun Fun 3v3 Special.  (Do not call the 800 number on the Sea Mist Website)

The above rates are subject to 12% state/local tax and will be available up to 3 days prior and 3 days after the event should you desire a longer stay.  

Accommodation Cancellation Policy.    The Resort waives its policy for a minimum 2-night stay as well as any forteiture if the tournament is canelled due to weather.  The Resort's cancellation policy will apply only for last minute cancellations not involving cancellation of the tournament.  The cancellation policy is as follows:  From time of deposit to 14 days prior a $25 deposit applies for each room cancelled.  All cancellations under 14 days forfeits a first night deposit.
