The FCBEscola Charlotte is the second FC Barcelona official soccer school in the US, opened in August of 2016. The academy offers an annual program at which girls and boys learn to play soccer like their idols in the first team and share the values for which Barça is known throughout the world: respect,  effort, ambition, teamwork and humility. Players are exposed to a comprehensive training and a unique methodology and style of playing adapted to their qualities and always aiming at their constant development from the youth to the older ages.

Moreover, the FCBEscola Charlotte intends to help nurture the growth of soccer in the Charlotte and U.S. communities. We want to teach every player through our sport, that it is not only the way we play, but the values we have while playing that will make us better in the end. 

Our FCBEscola Carolinas Invitational is built on this premise, that the values will make better players and better people. With this tournament, we want to promote a high-quality environment where the players cannot only play at a competitive level but also have the chance to practice the values that make us all better people.
