• Tournament Check In
      There are three options to check into the tournament. Those options being: Online check in through Sinc Sports, Email check in, and in person check in at the tournament. Below there will be a list of what documents are needed in order to successfully check in. 
       
      *In order to complete the check - in, you must have paid your tournament fees.*
       
       
      Documents/ information needed:
      1. Team roster.  (You will need 1 for every potential game played during the tournament.) 
      2. List of guest players. (Max. 4/ team).
      3. Association that club plays under.
      4. Team contact information. (coach/ team manager name, number, email)
      5. Medical waiver form (found on the team documents page). Must be signed by all players, including guest players, and their guardian. The coach also must sign it. 
      6. Player passes. Must include the player's name and identification number.
       
      Online Check In: 
       
      To access the online check you, you will go to the Documents tab, hover over it, and select check in. It is the second tab down. You have also received an email from Sinc Sports, prompting you to start the check in! All the documents listed above will be needed during the check in process.
       
      Email Check in: 
       
      Send an email to Competition.clt@fcbarcelona.us. In the email, include all the above above-mentioned documents/ necessary information.  Include in the email the team/ club name, age group, and coach's information. 
       
      On - site check in:
       
      The check in on site will start at 8 a.m., Saturday morning (the 13th). All the above information will be needed. Check in will end at 8.50 a.m. on Saturday the 13th.
