QUALIFYING FOR WFT REGIONAL & WORLD CUPS:

All WFT 3v3 tournaments are stand-alone events that do not require qualifying of any kind.

QUALIFYING FOR DISNEY 3V3 CHAMPIONSHIPS:

3v3 teams participating in any WFT event automatically qualify for the OPEN Division
D1 3v3 teams that participate in any WFT Regional Cup event or the 3v3 World Cup and finish in the top (6), qualify for the INVITATIONAL Division.

NUMBER OF GAMES:

4-6 Games Guaranteed (3v3)

3v3 ENTRY FEE:

Early: $160/team, $80 (U6/7 Rec)
Standard: $180/team, $100 (U6/7 Rec)
+ $6.50 (Processing fee)

LOCAL AWARDS:

3v3: Individual Medals - 2011/10 Rec (Participation), 2010-1999 (1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams)

ROSTER SIZE:

(3v3) 3 - 6 Players Recommended: 4

TEAM CHECK IN:

On-site: 30-45 minutes prior to first game at the site

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:
Teams understand that there will be no refunds granted after being accepted into an event. This includes, but is not limited to inclement weather, player availability, tournament cancellation due to lack of registered teams, etc.
In case of inclement weather: The Event Director reserves the right to reduce the number of scheduled games and/or the time of games and/or postpone or delay game times and/or cancel the event. Every effort will be made to complete games and the tournament, but safety comes first. Where possible, and if game/pool/division winners are discernible, awards may be distributed to winning teams, however, awards are not guaranteed if winners are not discernible.

In case of event cancellation: In the unfortunate/unlikely case where a tournament must be cancelled due to low registrations, a decision will be made by the Monday of the Event week (6 days prior) or earlier if foreseen. Teams will be given the opportunity to transfer their registration to an event of equal value within the calendar year. Teams not electing to transfer to another event may be reimbursed a maximum of 50% dependent upon incurred event costs.

If the event is cancelled due to weather or any other act of God prior to the first match, WFT will transfer their registration to an event of equal value within the calendar year. There will be no refunds.
