WFT 3v3 Carolinas  Regional Cup Information

DEADLINES:
Early Deadline: JUNE 19
Standard Deadline: JULY 8 (teams registering late AND accepted, will incur $25 fee)

3v3 AGE GROUPS:
2010-1999 (Male & Female)
Divisions will be broken into D1, D2, ... as warranted for more parity within Age/Gender
 
QUALIFIED WFT 3V3 TEAMS:
DISNEY 3V3 SOCCER CHAMPIONSHIPS - JANUARY 14-16, 2017
» Top 6 teams in each age/D1 division qualify for the INVITATIONAL DIVISION
» All teams qualify for the OPEN DIVISION

NUMBER OF GAMES:
4-6 Games Guaranteed (3v3)

3v3 ENTRY FEE: No t-shirts
Early: $195/team
Standard: $220/team
Late Fee: $25
+ $6.50 (Processing fee)

AWARDS:
Team awards - 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams
Champions - each player receives a Champions t-shirt
Individual Medals - 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams

ROSTER SIZE:
3 - 6 Players (3v3)

TEAM CHECK IN:
On-site: 30-45 minutes prior to first game at the site
 
WFT Cancellation/ Refund Policy:
Teams understand that there will be no refunds granted after being accepted into an event. This includes, but is not limited to inclement weather, player availability, tournament cancellation due to lack of registered teams, etc.
In case of inclement weather: The Event Director reserves the right to reduce the number of scheduled games and/or the time of games and/or postpone or delay game times and/or cancel the event. Every effort will be made to complete games and the tournament, but safety comes first. Where possible, and if game/pool/division winners are discernible, awards may be distributed to winning teams, however, awards are not guaranteed if winners are not discernible.
In case of event cancellation: In the unfortunate/unlikely case where a tournament must be cancelled due to low registrations, a decision will be made by the Monday of the Event week (6 days prior) or earlier if foreseen. Teams will be given the opportunity to transfer their registration to an event of equal value within the calendar year. Teams not electing to transfer to another event may be reimbursed a maximum of 50% dependent upon incurred event costs.
If the event is cancelled due to weather or any other act of God prior to the first match, WFT will transfer their registration to an event of equal value within the calendar year. There will be no refunds.
