Online Check-in Information All teams are required to use the SincSports Online Check-in service - there will be no walk-up check-in for the 2016 Charleston Labor Day Soccer Cup.  Please click the green check mark on the homepage of the tournament website to begin the process. If you have any questions or need assistance, contact Nydia Shelton <info@summervillesoccerclub.com>.  The Online Check-in process must be started prior to August 26th, 2016 and completed by August 31st, 2016.   You will need the following information:   US Club Soccer: Roster: Each player must be properly rostered with the team they are playing on as evidenced by a current US Club Soccer Team Roster, Guest Player Roster or Tournament Team roster. Teams will provide at the tourney four (4) copies of your official State approved roster. Player Pass: Players must have current US Club Soccer laminated Player Passes or electronic player passes as generated by their US Club soccer affiliate. Medical Release: Each parent must sign the medical release document as provided by Summerville Soccer Club and submit online.     USYSA: Roster:  Each player must be properly rostered with the team they are playing on as evidenced by a current team roster, guest player roster, tournament team roster or permission to travel roster signed by their appropriate state officials. At the tournament, teams will provide four (4) copies of their official state approved roster. Player Pass: Players must have current laminated player passes or electronic player passes, as generated by SCYSA, or their applicable state soccer organization. Travel Permit: Each out-of-state team must have a travel permit issued by the respective state association, as required.
