• Check-in Information

      Step 1:  You have THREE options for tournament check-in/registration: 

      1. On-line check-in ($20 fee) is available as an option from the tournament website.   (Note:  You must BEGIN the on-line check-in process no later than 5pm on 8/24 and have it completed no later than 5pm on 8/25.  Any teams that have not completed on-line check-in by 5pm on 8/25 must come to the Friday, 8/26 check-in, details below.)

      2. In person check-in on Wednesday, August 24, PDQ in Cary (9025 Winston Hill Drive), 6-8pm.

      3. In person check-in on Friday, August 26, PDQ in Cary (9025 Winston Hill Drive), 6-8pm.


      Step 2:  Items Needed for Check-in/Registration:
       
       
      For US Club Teams:
      US Club Roster
      US Club Medical Release Form (1 per player)
      US Club Player Cards (1 per player)
      Hotel Information Form
       
       
      For NCYSA Teams:
      NCYSA Proof of Age Form (details below) OR
      Copy of Birth Certificate (1 per player)
       
      • NCYSA will provide your team, upon request for a fee of $15.00, with a Team Information Form. The request must be submitted by a team rostered official by following the instructions below:

      • Click on Tournaments & Events
      • Click on Attending Non-Sanctioned Events
      • Click the “Please Click Here” link at the bottom of the page

      For Out-of-State Teams and non-USYS, non US Soccer Carded Teams:


      Guest Players (for ALL Teams):
      Maximum number of players on a team’s tournament roster is 12 for 6v6 play.  Guest player requests (maximum of 5 guest players allowed) must be submitted at team registration.   

      Guest player name added to the bottom of the KickOff Classic Roster
      KickOff Classic Medical Release Form or US Club Medical Release form
      Player Liability Release Form
