REGISTRATION: A mandatory team check-in will be held from 5:00pm - 7:30pm, Friday, June 3rd at Legion Stadium (2149 Carolina Beach Rd., Wilmington, NC 28412). A team representative MUST attend check-in with all correct paper work in order for your team to participate in the tournament.
All Players and Coaches will receive a ticket to Friday's Wilmington Hammerheads Professional game versus Harrisburg City.

NCYSA Affiliate Teams:
- Official USYS Match Rosters. Match Rosters must be state approved copies with the original official stamp on the roster. (1 Red Stamped, 4 Copies)
- Medical Release Forms or Team Medical Waiver
- USYS Player Cards (Out of NC USYS teams ONLY!)
- Guest Player Forms (1 Red Stamped, 4 Copies)/Player Cards/Medical Waivers
US Club Teams:
- US Club Player Passes
- US Club Match Rosters (1 Original, 4 Copies)
- Liability Release Forms
- Medical Release Forms or Team Medical Waiver Form
- Guest Player Forms/Cards/Medical Waivers
Note to All Out of State USYS Teams: All Out of State USYS Teams must participate with state approved USYS Match Rosters and players cards.
All teams must participate with your USYS/NCYSA/US Club or other Affiliate match roster and all players on your roster must be given the opportunity to participate in the tournament. Guest players must be registered USYS/NCYSA/US Club or Affiliate players. Challenge, Academy, Select/Travel/Classic players cannot be guest players on any team. All teams must comply with the Wilmington Hammers Cup rules and Tournament Director decisions are final.
Note: No refunds will be made after an acceptance letter has been emailed to a team. If you are not accepted, your entry fee will be refunded.
