Check-In Requirements

TEAM CHECK-IN

All teams must check-in prior to the teams' first game.  Check in will take place at Grubb Soccer Complex.  

2018 - UNRESTRICTED NCYSA tournament.  Appropriate team/Club/affiliation forms are required for check-in.

Please review the below Checklist to ensure you have all needed check-in items.  Failure to supply required material may forfeit your tournament spot without a refund.

- Four (4) Certified Team Match Rosters - one (1) must be an original, three (3) may be photo copies.

Guest Players

- Please check tournament rules for number of guest players allowed for each age group.

- Guest players must be listed on a roster signed by a state/affiliate official from your state/affiliate association.

- Appropriate Guest Player Roster forms are required.
