Team Check-In is required


Team Check-In - REQUIRED 

Teams can either email required documents to rachelhobson@ConcordeFire.com or complete Online Check-in (See details below). 

1) For teams choosing to email required documents: Team check-in must be completed before 1/01/2020.

After submitting your teams required documents to rachelhobson@concordefire.com, the Tournament Roster will be returned to you with an APPROVED stamp in the upper right hand corner. You will then present the approved Tournament Roster to the referee at each game. Also, we suggest you check the schedule leading up until the start of the event. 

Credentials
Teams must provide the required credentials.  All teams must send the following documents to rachelhobson@concordefire.com:

  • Tournament Roster
  • Tournament Waiver signed by each parent (this must be the Concorde Fire Form)

To obtain the Tournament Roster and Tournament Waiver forms, please go to INFORMATION and choose DOCUMENTS tab on left.

 

2) For teams choosing to complete Online Check-In: Online Check-in must be completed before 12/30/2019 at 12:00pm. 

You will be asked to complete a Tournament Roster and will have the option to upload the Tournament Waiver with signatures or be able to have parents complete the online waiver. 

After completing your Online Check-In, please print four copies of your approved Tournament Roster. You will then present the approved Tournament Roster to the referee at each game. Also, we suggest you check the schedule leading up until the start of the event.
