EVERY TEAM PARTICIPATING WILL NEED TO FILL
OUT AN EVENT WAIVER. 
 
Please email the waiver to jc@snapsoccer.com. Additionally, please send either pictures or player cards or a form of ID to check player ages. Waivers must be submitted prior to the first game via email. There will be no onsite waiver collection.
