Format

Each team guaranteed at least 3 matches
30 minutes games
All group stage games will be played Saturday, knockout games on Sunday
12 person roster limit
Only rostered players may participate in the tournament, players may not play with another team if say, their team was eliminated earlier in the competition

8v8 Format (Women’s is 7v7)
Coed Divisions - 5 Men, 2 Women
No offsides
Substitutions on the fly
Kick ins (no throw ins)
All free kicks are direct
Five yards given on free kicks and kick ins
Kick ins are direct
Slide tackling is NOT permitted
Physically sliding when an opponent is not around IS permitted. For example to save a ball from going out of bounds
Slide tackling call is completely at the discretion of the referee
Penalty kicks to be taken from marked spot
