Before becoming Head Coach:

Sitibaldi served as an assistant coach at WBU from 2015-2017. He helped coach the Eagles to one playoff appearance, and the Lady Eagles to their first playoff appearance in school history.

Sitibaldi is married to Marleigh Sitibaldi. He has two daughters and lives in Walnut Ridge.
