Stay And Play Policy
The Memorial Day Challenge is a "Stay And Play" tournament. A condition of acceptance requires every "out of town" team to utilize one of our sanctioned hotels and secure the rooms under our tournament booking service.
Our tournament works very closely with the local hotels to ensure that our guests are satisfied and to arrange the best rates possible. If an out of town team fails to stay at one of our sanctioned hotels, the tournament reserves the right to forfeit the team without refund.
