Open Document	Liability Release This is NOT valid as a medical release.  This is a liability release.  Please use a proper medical release form that allows another individual to authorize medical treatment for an athlete in the event a parent is not present.
	Tournament check-in There is no physical check in for this event! Online check in through Soccer in College is mandatory. There is a $20 convenience fee to use the service, which we would advise you to factor into your team's fees when collecting payments. Online check in is a very simple and efficient process. It saves you the hassle and worry of a physical check in and gives you piece of mind that everything is in order before you head this way! Please return to the home page to get started.
