1. All teams must check-in at least one hour prior to their first scheduled game at the main tournament tent.
2. The following items are required at check in:
a. Laminated player passes for each player and sideline coach for 11U and up.
b. Signed medical releases for each player.
c. Current copy of their official roster for all teams in the tournament (5 copies).
d. Approved travel permit if the team is from out of state, except for US Club Soccer registered teams. Region III teams only need a Notification of Travel Form.
TEAMS MUST HAVE ALL THEIR BINDERS READY FOR CHECK-IN WITH 5 COPIES OF THEIR OFFICIAL ROSTER, SIGNED MEDICAL CONSENT FORMS, AND PLAYER PASSES ORGANIZED ACCORDING TO THE ORDER SHOWN ON ROSTER.
Any team with papers not in order will be asked to move aside to organize their information before returning to the check-in line.
Please note: a team needs to complete the check-in process before proceeding with their first game.
