Check in for teams will be held at the Albany Marriot starting at 4pm until 7pm on Friday June 24.   At the time of check in the following documents will be needed:

1.  Approved rosters for all players including guest players
2.  Player passes for all players
3.  Medical releases (club can use own medical release form)
4.  Permission to travel if required

If a team cannot check in on Friday night check in will take place on the field one hour prior to the team's first game.  Tournament officials will be at each site at the tournament tent.  If your team does not plan to check in on Friday night please advise the tournament director at cdysloffice@cdysl.org
