You can upload 3 videos to your profile. The preferred format is .flv because it will load and play the quickest. The other accepted file types are: .mov, .wmv, .mpg, .mp4, .swf. After your upload completes, our staff will view and approve your video before it appears on your profile. Please allow 24-48 hours for us to approve your video (although we usually get to it much quicker than that).
