One of the most important enhancements to the sincSite is the ability for coaches and managers to send out and collect fees for team related things through the website.  All of these don't actually have to include a fee.  You could just send out a message to your team to see if they are interested in attending an upcoming event or to find out if they'd like to order new jerseys.  The payments would then go directly into your account.

You start off by creating your fee (or survey). You can choose which athletes on your team you'd like to send the fee to, or you can even add athletes by email address if they aren't on your roster.

The athlete will get an email from you with information about the fee and a link to go online and give their response.  If there is a fee associated with it, they can pay at that time as well.

There are a number of reports that you can run to view the information you need.  View all transactions by date, view all surveys/fees sent to a specific athlete, see all unpaid fees, and more!
