Club Page

This page allows you to view all the teams in a particular club, as well as manage the club page and all the different teams in this club, if you have club access.

How do I update the club logo?

You can only make updates to the club page if you have access. If you have access, then you would...
1) Click User Options - Update Club.

2) Under the current logo, click update logo.

3) Click on "Browse" and find the photo on your Computer ...more

How do I add a staff member?

In order to add a staff member to the club you would have to have update access to this club. If you do, then you would click User Options - Manage Staff. Click "Add" on the left side of the Staff bar. Search for the staff member in our system or add a new member. Make sure you give them the correct role and access before you add them.

How do I add a new team to my club?

If you have access to this club, click the "User Options" - Add Team. There you can add the team's name, age, sex, photo, logo, and more!

How do I make changes to teams in my club?

With club access, you can click on "User Options" - Manage Teams. This will take you to the update page where you can make changes to the listed teams such as: ...more

Certified Teams - What are they?

Certified Teams are teams selected by Club staff as valid teams.

Club Staff can mark teams Certified by clicking "User Options" - Manage Teams. In the drop down you can select many options including "Certified." You can also mark teams as valid, current, pending, disbanded, etc. You can set your club page to only show teams that are certified. (Click "User Options" - Update Club and check the Manage Own Teams box.)
