Documentation Required
The following documentation will be required at check-in on Friday, April 23, 2010 at Tournament Headquarters:
* Four (4) copies of official state team roster with the following details written on it.
* Guest Players name, player number and jersery number must be written on the bottom of the official state roster.
* All player numbers must be written next to player name on official state roster
* Current laminated USYSA player pass for each player
* State approved travel papers for out of state USYSA teams
* Medical Release Form – You may use your own.
* Birth Certificate
Format
USYSA rules with three (3) games minimum.

- High quality Bermuda grass on fields that can be turned into 15x8v8 fields, or 5x11v11, and 4x8v8 fields
- 2 additional, new, 8v8 fields under construction will be ready for the tournament
