Entry Fee
U09-U10  (6v6) — $300.00

U11-U12  (8v8) — $350.00
U12 (11v11)--$400.00

U13-U19 (11v11) — $400.00

Teams
All teams & players must be registered with a USSF affiliate.  USYSA & US Club teams will be accepted. 

Three guest players (from same or lower division) allowed

Roster Limits:  U9 & U10 = 12 players maximum
Roster Limits:  U11 & U12 (8v8) = 14 players maximum
Roster Limits:  U12 - U19 (11v11) = 18 players maximum

Documentation Required

The following documentation will be required at check-in:

 

      1.  Four (4) copies of official state team roster:

         (All PLAYER numbers must be written next

   to player name on official state roster, and GUEST

   PLAYER name must be written on the bottom of the

   official state roster along with the jersey number

   and player number.)

      3.  Current laminated USYSA player pass for

           each player

      4.  State approved travel papers for out of state

           USYSA teams

      5.  Signed Medical Release Form

           (You may use your own.)


Format
USYSA rules with three (3) games minimum.

Match Duration:  U9 & U10 = 2 x 25 minutes
Match Duration:  U11 & U12 = 2 x 30 minutes
Match Duration:  U13 & U14 = 2 x 35 minutes

Match Duration:  U15 – U19 = 2 x 40 minutes

Registration will remain open until midnight on Tuesday, March 2.  Acceptances will be sent by Friday, March 5.  All tournament fees must be received by Friday, March 5 for teams to be included in draw.

EVENT INFO

Who: Competetive Girls U9-U19 and Boys U9-U14  

When: Competition begins Saturday, March 20, 2009 and concludes on Sunday, March 21, 2009.

Where:  Lakeshore Park, Victor Ashe, Holston Park, Schumpert Park (all Bermuda playing surfaces)

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: March 2, 2010 at midnight - Payment MUST be received by March 5. 

Applications must be submitted on line.  Payment can only be made via check or money order. Teams will not be eligible to be included in the tournament draw until the registration fee has been received.  The registration fee must be received by March 5, 2010. Any team not accepted will be notified by March 5, 2010.
