Welcome to the Summer Heat League Presented by Sears Home Services!

The Summer Heat League offers high school boys and girls programs and players a fantastic opportunity to stay fit and prepare for their upcoming season with competitive games played at WRAL Soccer Park! Teams will play 8 games from June 20th through July 20th. Games are played as a 7v7 format on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:00PM and 6:15PM with rain dates scheduled throughout the week. Last year, more than 20 teams participated in the first Summer Heat League season.

Divisions and levels are dependent on the number of teams registered.  It is our goal to put together divisions that provide the best competition for all teams involved, so register today!
