Bianca Keil

Bianca Keil begins her fourth season as the Head Women's Soccer Coach at Minnesota Morris in 2023.

In her first season as head coach of the Cougars, Keil led a resurgence for the Cougar program as they finished third in the UMAC regular-season standings and had six members of the team earn all-conference recognition. Minnesota Morris then qualified for the UMAC Tournament for a second straight season in 2021, with five more players named to the All-UMAC teams.

Keil served as assistant women’s soccer at the University of Illinois Springfield from 2017 to 2019. She helped lead the NCAA Division II program to a school record for victories in a season and their first-ever Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) tournament bid. She was responsible for bringing in 24 student-athletes over three recruiting cycles and coaching two GLVC Defensive Players of the Week. Keil coordinated academic resources for the program and saw players achieve a 3.66 cumulative GPA in 2018-19.

As men’s and women’s assistant soccer coach and intramurals director at Illinois College, Keil recruited more than 30 student-athletes from across the country to the NCAA Division III liberal arts college in two seasons from 2015 to 2017. Her first recruiting class brought in 21 new student-athletes and helped boost the women’s program's competitiveness.

A native of Gilbert, Ariz., Keil began her coaching career at Seton Catholic Preparatory High School in Chandler, Ariz. moving from assistant coach to head coach. Seton Prep saw great success in her five years as head coach and her tenure with the program as a whole, qualifying for eight state tournaments, reaching three state championship finals, and winning a state championship title.

Keil’s collegiate coaching career began at Chandler-Gilbert Community College, where she assisted the men's and women's programs. She also served as youth and high school club soccer coach with the Arizona Arsenal and Barcelona of Maricopa.

After playing collegiate soccer for Scottsdale Community College, where she earned her associate’s degree, Keil went on to earn bachelor of science degrees from the Pima Medical Institute in Respiratory Therapy and Arizona State University in exercise and wellness. She completed her Master of Sports Administration from Missouri Baptist University in the summer of 2020.

Keil holds licensure and membership with the United States Soccer Federation and United Soccer Coaches. Over the last five years, she has led and been part of the coaching staff for summer camp programs for Exact Sports (in St. Louis, Chicago, northern and southern California, and Connecticut), University of Illinois-Springfield, University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, Monmouth College, LSU, and Texas A&M. In the summer of 2022, she added to her background by serving on the coaching staff of Arizona Arsenal as the team played its first season in the Women's Premier Soccer League (WPSL).

Keil resides in Morris with her husband, Alex, and daughters, Victoria and Sofía.

Emma Donohoe

Emma Donohoe begins her third season with the Minnesota Morris women's soccer program in 2023. Donohoe joins UMN Morris after completing a graduate assistantship at Mount Marty University in Yankton, S.D.

A native of Ireland, Donohoe's playing career in the United States began at Ranger Junior College in Texas. From there, she went on to finish her undergraduate education at Bluefield College in Virginia, where she graduated with a degree in Sports Management in 2018. At Mount Marty, she added a Master's degree in Coaching Leadership following two years on the coaching staff for the Lancers.

Donohoe began her coaching career early, organizing three girls soccer teams at her high school in Ireland. She continued to grow her career at Bluefield, helping set up and run a kid's camp in which the funds raised went to help a professor with medical expenses. Following her graduation from Bluefield, Donohoe spent a pair of summers working as a full-time coach for the Chicago Fire Soccer in the Community program. With the Fire organization, she has also become the program manager of the club's Little Sparks program, specifically designed for children aged one to five.

While in the Chicago area, Donohoe also coached four club programs and was an assistant coach for girls soccer at Nazareth Academy in La Grange, Ill. For the past two seasons she has worked at Mount Marty, helping with planning and execution of practice plans, gameday coaching, facility setup, weight room training, recruiting assistance, and academic monitoring, among other duties within the program and athletic department.

Donohoe is currently pursuing a Doctorate from St. Cloud State University.
