Jorge Chapoy

Jorge Chapoy (East Stroudsburg University '03) became the head coach of the Red Devil men's soccer program in the fall of 2020.


He came to Carlisle from Division I Lafayette College, where he has spent the past six seasons serving as the assistant men's soccer coach. He has been involved in all aspects of the program and played a key role in the recruitment efforts, regionally, nationally, and internationally.


He assisted with the day-to-day operations of the program, including the planning and execution of training sessions, video review and breakdown, travel logistics and scouting reports. He was closely involved in all game day decisions and tactical preparation, helping to lead the Leopards to the 2019 Patriot League Championship match.


Prior to joining the staff at Lafayette, he spent two years at his alma mater, East Stroudsburg University, where he was also closely involved in all aspects of the program. During his playing days at ESU, he was a stand-out player, scoring 73 goals and handing out 36 assists during his career. He graduated from Pecquea Valley High School, coming as an international student from Monclova, Mexico. He went on to become a First-team All-American in 2003 and was the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Player of the Year that same season. He received a B.S. the fall of 2003 and earned an M.S. in Sports Management in 2005.


Following graduation from East Stroudsburg, Chapoy entered the business world and served as a corporate buyer before returning to his passion and beginning his career as a collegiate soccer coach. He added to his coaching resume, running summer camps, and serving as the head coach for the U13 girls PAGS team of ENCO United and the U18 boys MAPS team of the RYSA.


He earned his National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) National Diploma in 2012 and received an Advanced National Diploma in 2013.

Seth Stover

Seth Stover (The University of Tennessee ‘12) joined the Dickinson coaching staff in the spring of 2015. Coach Stover is responsible for training and developing the goalkeepers, as well as assisting the head coach with planning and executing full team sessions. Additionally, he assists with day-to-day duties such team preparation and execution of opponent scouts and film review.


Born and raised locally, Stover joined the Dickinson men’s soccer program in the fall of 2017 after assisting Red Devil women’s soccer program through two seasons. Previously, Stover coached women’s varsity and middle school soccer at his alma mater, Big Spring High School. Stover also was elected as Director of Coaching for Big Spring Youth Soccer Association where he developed and implemented a curriculum, provided oversight to volunteer coaches, and coached youth teams.


Prior to his coaching career, Stover recorded 70 starts as a four-year varsity goalkeeper. Stover captured Big Spring’s varsity records for both career shutouts and single season shutouts, boasting a .88 save percentage. He capped his career by being voted to the Franklin County Senior All-Star game, starting between the posts.


Stover currently holds the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) National Diploma and Goalkeeper 2 Diploma.


He currently resides in Carlisle with his wife, Rosemary McCrea, and daughter, Greer.

Will Flannery

Flannery joins the Red Devils coaching staff after graduating from Dickinson in January 2023, having played his final season with the Devils in the Fall of 2022.


After a season ending injury, Flannery began working as a player-assistant during the Fall 2021 season and continued in this capacity until his graduation. For the Fall 2022 season, he became responsible for all video review & analysis, creating scouting reports for opponents, as well as other day-to-day assignments – helping the Devils post a 7-7-4 record and a first Centennial Conference Tournament appearance since 2019.


As he steps into a full-time coaching role, he will continue with these responsibilities, as well as assisting Coach Chapoy in overseeing the strength & conditioning program and recruiting. Additionally, he is working with local club Eagle F.C. as the head coach of the 08/09B Red team.


In his time as a player at Dickinson, Flannery served as a 3-year captain and made 56 appearances in the midfield, registering 4 goals and 2 assists to his name, as well as helping the Devils to 2 Centennial Conference Semi-Finals. He was also a 3-time Centennial Conference Academic Honor Roll selectee and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. in International Business & Management, and a minor in Economics.


Flannery is a native of Annapolis, Maryland, where his parents and two younger siblings reside with their dog.

Toan Ngo

Ngo joins the Red Devils staff in the Fall of 2021 after a successful run in the club circuit for the previous 12 years, with City Islanders Academy, Hershey Soccer Club, and with the Eagle F.C. Soccer club, competing at the national and regional levels. He currently is the Director of College Recruiting and the U23 Women’s Head Coach with Eagle F.C soccer club.


Ngo spent the last six seasons as an assistant coach for the girls varsity soccer program at Cumberland Valley High School in Mechanicsburg.


While with the Eagles, Ngo was responsible for developing the goalkeepers, which posted a total of 76 shutouts in six seasons. In addition, he assisted with the day-to-day operations of the program, which included the planning and execution of training sessions, video review and breakdown. He was closely involved in all gameday decisions and tactical preparation, helping the Eagles post an overall record of 110-13-11, resulting in three trips to the PIAA State Semi-Finals (2020, 2016, 2015), three PIAA District Champions (2020, 2018, 2016), two PIAA District Runner-ups (2019, 2015), and five Mid-Penn Conference titles (2020, 2019, 2018, 2017, 2015).


Prior to joining Cumberland Valley High School, Ngo spent one season as the assistant coach for the women’s soccer program at Division III Penn State Harrisburg University, helping lead the Nittany Lions to the North Eastern Athletic Conference Semi-Finals.


He owns a National 'D' License from the United States Soccer Foundation and a goalkeeping diploma from United Soccer Coaches.


Ngo was a four-year starting goalkeeper at Penn State Harrisburg University and earned his B.S. in Information Science and Technology (IST) and a Minor in Business Administration. In addition, he holds a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from Ohio Christian University. He currently serves as an IT Data Engineer and IT Project Manager with the Department of Navy.


Ngo currently resides in Mechanicsburg with this wife, Shannon and daughter Isabella.
