REGISTRATION: A mandatory team check-in will be held on Friday November 12th, 2010 at Courtyard by Marriott located on 151 Van Campen Boulevard - Wilmington, NC 28403 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. You must have a team representative attend check in with all of the correct paperwork in order for your team to participate in the tournament.

**** The following documents will be required at team check-in ****

- Individual Medical Realease forms needed or CFSA approved MEDICAL LIABILITY form;
- Players pass cards,with photo,player signature, registrar signature, stamped and laminated;
- NCYSA teams are required to have one (1) RED stamped team roster and five (5) copies of team "match" roster in lieu of players pass cards;

- Any USYSA teams (no NCYSA teams) are required to have one (1) RED stamped team roster and five (5) copies of team "match" roster and each player must have a current player pass card;
- Guest player roster(1 red stamped and 5 copies)
- Travel permits for out-of-state teams

 

Note: NO refunds will be made after an acceptance letter has been mailed/emailed to a team. If your team is not accepted, your entry fee will be refunded.
